This is a tribute to Alan and Helen, much loved mum & dad, dad-in-law and mum-in-law, nan and grandad, friends and supporters to so many people, young and old.  

Lives well lived that sadly ended too soon, they left a lasting impression on so many through their humour, kindness, fun and hospitality.

Generous with their time, over the years they supported the Scouts and RNLI, were active in the running of Rudyard Lake Sailing Club and helped develop British sailing and sailors through their time with the International Topper class.

However, their greatest achievement is to have left a strong, united, extended family who will all miss them and will never forget them.
